The Unexpected Good One.

And so, it happened.
The day just ran it course with a 'duh' like mindset, I must add as it just did as it pleased forgetting or not even caring about the plans that were scheduled.
It had rained the night before. An unexpected soothing warmth of the sky presence. Though the rain came unexpectedly, I knew it was coming, I had gone out the door to pack my clothes and the air... it felt like a few drops of water were sprinkled on it, and I could feel it as I breathed in the air. And in just a few seconds later, the sky let out it cries. It was beautiful!
I think because it has been a long while since it rained, it caused shops not to open on time. The shop owner I was to visit in the morning ended up not coming. The fact that I had to walk in the newest dazzling hot sun wasn't easy, but the thought of getting the items needed from her place gave me a push to move forward.
However, her shop was locked, which did put a hole in my plan for the day. Though I was able to get a few things in other shops, it didn't help, especially with the prices inflated. Since I was out, I decided to change my meal for the day and visited a market close by to buy a few things needed for cooking.
On getting home, I unpacked, showered before cooking, showering again, and eating afterward. Evening came faster than expected and sleep. Yes, the need to sleep was truly pressing, but I had to go out because an unexpected good thing happened. Going out for a longer time wasn't in my plan, but at that time, the weather was a bit helpful with it light dimmed. Since I was in a new place, the walk was a bit stressful cos it felt like I was moving in a circle.
Thankfully, I was able to get what I needed. I also had to go to the big market in the area I went to for additional foodstuff. And that wasn't easy as well as it was my first time being there. The market women were helpful, though, pointing to places I could get things. I left home around a few minutes to 4 and only got back home around 8. I was already super tired but couldn't rest until I unpacked, cooked, ate, and finally! Sleep.
I was thankful how the day ended, and it was nice having Taylor Swift song "Shake it off" on my YouTube music recommendation for my evening walk.

Thanks for reading and listening.
Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
