Walk, laundry, and a meal to go.

It came not in a drizzle to at least give a hint of it full force. It just came! With its thunderous sound as if daring the earth to jiggle its roundness a little and wait for the consequences that follow. My heart… sadness, though a little happiness, found its way in at the soothing sound of its platter and the cold air that came with its presence.

But sadness, nonetheless, as I stood with my eyes wide open with numerous thoughts in my head. Should I run downstairs and pack up the wet clothes or just let it be? I went with the latter as it hadn't been 10 minutes since my clothes had been out on the hanger basking in the beauty of the scorching sun that had shown no signs of rainfall.

But before that, morning came faster than I predicted in my dreams, and that could have made me whine a bit to stay in my sleep zone. However, I knew the task lined up, waiting for my “clearing hands” on them so I let the energetic morning spirit take its grip on me. I went out early for a walk around with my shopping bag as I needed to get vegetables and other stuff to cook. The sun was halfway out when I went out, and by the time I walked around, it had flapped its full wings on me. After almost an hour's walk, I went to get things needed for cooking and also detergent and bar soap for washing as laundry was on my list for the day.

Immediately I got home, I dispersed the things gotten to their rightful places before heading to shower. After the shower, I started with kitchen work while also doing laundry on the other hand. I think it was when I started the rinsing part that I thought I heard the sound of rain. Since I was with earbud, I had to take it off, but everywhere was calm, so I thought I heard wrong. And while out to hang my clothes, the sun was high up, and the floor was dry.

After the clothes were hanging, I took a bath and thankfully, my meal was ready before then so I just ate. And, just a few minutes later, rain came with so much that I had to stand up to be sure I didn't hear wrong. I thought. I deeply thought the rain wouldn't last long, but it didn't just last long. It took the whole day. I had planned on arranging my clothes when they dried up but, since rain decided to do it thing, I'll have to sadly push it to tomorrow.

For the music part, Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics and Enya music took the whole part of the day. Hopefully, tomorrow I won't have to worry much about the weather. Happy #threetunestuesday by @ablaze.
