My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2024
Today's weather is one of a kind. It can be simply referred to as "confused." After days of checking out posts, I finally get to write here. I started the day with a gloomy sky as I started my journey to the outside world, haha. Yeah, I decided to go far today and exercise my body and legs more.
Ever since I started using the #actfit app, I have been making progress. From 0 to 1 and then to thousands and today marks another thousand steps taken to let out the sweat in my body and get freshened up later.
I stepped up my step and walked around the neighbourhood. I haven't been going out much since I came here. Just grocery shopping, going out to check out my business sometimes or sometimes, when my heart leads me to the travelling path.
However, today was different, with a fixed mindset and body ready, I made 6,279 steps before noon.
As I journeyed back, I made a stop and decided to take a picture before moving on. It rained, the sky became sunny and the circle just went on and on till I got home, took a soothing bathe and with a cup of coffee writing this post.

Walking is very good, my friend. Especially in the mornings. No sun and no rain. And then a good refreshing bath to start working. Greetings. 🤗😁
