The Festive Spirit of Phuket Old Town!

Phuket Old Town had been bustling with activity since Christmas last year, with almost non-stop events and festivities being organized. The New Year's festival and the Chinese New Year festival had both been a hit, attracting many visitors to the city.

The Phuket Festival was no exception, as the city was decked out in colorful lanterns and dragons, creating a lively and celebratory atmosphere. The main road was lined with dragons, each one more vibrant and intricate than the last. In the Dragon Courtyard, there stood a massive statue of Sun Wukong, adding to the already impressive display.

Tourists flocked to the old city in greater numbers than usual, eager to take in the sights and sounds of the festivities. A fashion show was held, showcasing the traditional costumes of the Phuket people, and there was a musical performance that captivated the crowd. The highlight of the night was the light show on the yellow clock tower, which was simply mesmerizing.

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the night event as I was concerned that my poor night vision might cause an accident. Although I regret missing out on the excitement, I was content knowing that the city was in full swing and that the festivities were being enjoyed by all.
