A few days ago, the sun peeked over the horizon as I gathered my mother and grandchildren for a special outing to the serene Phetchabun Province. Our hearts brimmed with anticipation as we set out on our journey, seeking solace and spirituality in the tranquility of the local temples.

After a soulful day of worship and reflection, the hunger pangs began to gnaw at us on our journey back home. We decided to halt at a quaint roadside restaurant nestled along the winding roads. Its exterior, adorned in a striking shade of yellow, beckoned to us like a beacon of warmth and comfort amidst the fading daylight.

As we stepped inside, the aroma of tantalizing Thai cuisine enveloped us, promising a feast for our senses. But what truly caught our attention was the whimsical sight of a colossal yellow duck mascot, its outstretched wings seemingly inviting us to partake in the culinary delights offered within.

In the midst of the yellow-painted buildings, my little grandchild and I decided to explore while waiting for our food. Armed with a camera, we ventured out, snapping pictures and making memories together. My niece, who's a big fan of posing for photos, eagerly struck various poses whenever I counted to three. It was a fun game that had us both laughing as we wandered around, admiring the details of the buildings and capturing the moment with each click of the camera. It was a simple but joyful experience, filled with laughter and the warmth of family bonding amidst the charming surroundings of the roadside restaurant.

Adding to the vibrant scene, not only were the buildings painted in shades of yellow, but we also noticed that the mascots and even some live dolls matched the cheerful hue. It was as if the entire place was dipped in sunshine, radiating warmth and happiness. My little grandchild's eyes sparkled with delight at the sight of these yellow companions, and we couldn't resist snapping a few extra photos with them.
