Rekindling Serenity: A Morning at Sapanthin Park

This morning marked the beginning of the 2023 academic year for Thai students, after a month-long break during the semester. With my son back at school, my daily routine had returned to its usual rhythm. During the summer vacation, I relished the opportunity to sleep in and wake up late since I no longer had to accompany my son on his school runs. Instead of my regular visits to Saphan Hin Park for exercise, I found myself indulging in lazy mornings and unhurried afternoons. However, today was different. With my son dropped off at school, I decided to drive to Saphan Hin Park for a leisurely stroll. As I made my way there. It had been a while since I last visited the park for exercise, but I was glad to see that some things remained unchanged.
However, today was different. With my son dropped off at school, I decided to drive to Saphan Hin Park for a leisurely stroll. As I made my way there. It had been a while since I last visited the park for exercise, but I was glad to see that some things remained unchanged. There was a new addition—a wooden bridge that extended into the sea. It provided a perfect pathway for visitors to exercise, relax, and capture scenic photographs. The sight of it instantly sparked my curiosity, and I decided to explore this new area.
Mornings had always been my preferred time to exercise, and as I embarked on the wooden bridge, I relished the tranquility that surrounded me. As the tide receded, revealing the sandy shore, I observed the villagers venturing out to search for crabs, fish, and shrimp. Their diligent efforts were a testament to the close bond between the locals and their natural surroundings. However, today's sea level was higher than I had anticipated, almost reaching the elevated bridge. The changing tides reminded me of the ebb and flow of life itself.
