They monetize with other people's content but don't reward them?
Yes, this is a curation report or a community recap. I don't know who you expect to be voted on by when you say you were not voted on but featured here (for the second time)... however, part of the purpose behind these posts is to allow the community to check out the content they may have missed.
If you read the post most of the answers to your question are within the text. We do reward the top 3 HotShots with percentages of the post's total payout.
If you don't wish to be featured in the curation posts here anymore just let me know.
And why don't you refuse the rewards if the content is not your own and you don't cure it?
