You framed up that shot very well. I would imaging composing shots where the environment is so vertical would make it much more difficult to capture the essence. You did a great job!

Thanks for calling out my shots. Great compilation. Hard choices I'm sure for the Hot Shots. A couple of great food photos, some great city shots, kids, horses, macro, everything 🙂
Your shots had some interesting contrast between the warm toned sunlight and the cold colors of Winter. This round was extremely tough to choose since we had such an assorted variety of amazing shots. I usually have in mind as i go through the community which ones might get in that top 3. Of course, i try not to have the same people too often. But this round, the top 3 spots kept changing over and over. hahaha Thanks for noticing.

I loved seeing the squirrel running away captured in such a good photo. We always see them climbing, or running towards, or just posing all cute. Rarely do we see one of them bounding away! I loved those ears.

This squirrel often showed me his rear parts and yet I could not find out if it is he or she. 😀
The ears are so cool but in summer they loose the extra fur that makes them so sweet. And it grows again in winter.
