Red Head Ant

I found this insect in a dead wood while clearing a section of my farm a couple of months ago. It is a red head ant that seems to be a termite.

The dude was reluctant to come out initially as I noticed it earlier when it ran in and kept coming back and forth with its head.

Later, it came out fully where I was able to capture it. This creature is good at destroying and causing havoc on woods.
