Monomad Challenge-The Story Behind Ganjuran's Small Kiosk
Hello hiver
Hello everyone, how are you
I'm back with a black and white photo of me that you might like and this is my entry
Every weekend, Ganjuran Church in Bantul is visited by pilgrims from various cities. They come specifically to pray at the church, which is renowned for its unique Javanese and European cultural nuances.
Some visitors attend mass, quietly amidst the comfortable and religious atmosphere. However, after the service, before leaving, many visitors visit the rows of small kiosks neatly arranged around the church grounds.
These kiosks sell a variety of souvenirs, from rosary beads, crucifixes, prayer candles, small statues, and prayer books. Visitors, generally in groups of families or pilgrims, are enthusiastic about choosing souvenirs to take home.
Several vendors are seen smiling warmly and patiently serving visitors. Shopping at these kiosks isn't just about buying goods, but also about taking home a piece of Ganjuran.
