Photography of children in the studio
Hello to all the artists and my dear friends.
I hope you are doing great.
Today, I am here with a childlike post featuring two lovely sisters.
I am very happy when I see parents of all ages capturing moments of their children. I have had clients who came for monthly milestone photography until their child turned one year old, documenting their dear child's changes through our camera lens.
In this photography session that I am sharing with you, the two sisters had an age difference of about 4 years.
Usually when I am going to photograph two children of different ages, I start with the younger child first. Because they usually get tired faster and may not cooperate as needed.
Because of the beautiful yellow dress she had, I arranged with a bicycle that had a basket full of flowers, with a blue background, and my assistant, with the help of mom and dad, was calling this cute girl to distract her.
Since it was supposed to take a couple and sister photo and the outfit was matching, the jeans were blue. After changing the little girl's clothes, I first took individual photos again. Because she was very energetic and wanted to be mischievous.
Because of the jeans, I changed the background and arranged the setup like this with the help of a cage and two statues.
Since he could stand on his feet, I took both sitting and standing positions for variety.
My big sister was ready and before I took a couple's photo, she wanted me to have a shot in this outfit as well.
Both of them were very cute.
She had also brought one of her favorite dolls and wanted to take a picture with it. And I welcomed her with open arms.
For their couple photo, I considered a wooden bench with a black background. And if you have noticed, I made some edits in Photoshop.
I personally really like the combination of wood color with black color, and when I tried it, it gave me a beautiful output with the combination of clothing colors.
I worked a bit on the background in Photoshop..
My older sister still wanted me to take a solo photo of her. I thought of the white cube we had with a white background, and because of the color of her outfit, I used a red color shade for the background, which, with the camera settings, turned out to be almost pink. She was very cooperative.
I loved her looks and smiles.
Photographing children, although it requires a lot of patience and perseverance, the result is very sweet. I try to show the environment in a way that they feel calm and comfortable, and since they get tired quickly, I do the photography in a limited time.
In summary, capturing these sweet moments is a very enjoyable experience that you have to experience to understand.
I hope you liked seeing these photos.
I wish you good days and times.
Until another photography session
Goodbye
