Outdoor wedding photography ؛ Capturing romance

Hello to all friends and artist photographers.

Hello to the community of @photographylover.

I hope you are doing great. I am here with another beautiful post from a very lovely couple.

Today I had a wedding couple photography session outdoors, and to be honest, from the moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be a special day. The weather was great, and the sunlight was in its most beautiful state.

The bride, in her white dress and long veil, looked like a painting in the greenery of the garden, and the groom was smiling in his neat suit. I just had to make sure I didn't miss these moments.

In these moments, I feel like the camera is just an excuse to keep love framed. I took these photos in the garden, when the bride and groom were just holding hands and walking without any special pose, sometimes in each other's arms and...

For me, these are the most real moments. No practiced smiles, no calculated poses; just love itself, as it is. Every time I look at the photos I've taken, I remember why I fell in love with photography… because some moments can't be expressed in words, they just have to be captured and revisited later.

To be honest, in this series of solo photos of the bride, I was more than anything looking for the play of light and the delicate feeling of the moment. I chose each angle in a way that both her dress would be seen in its best state and her face would shine in the softness of the sunset.

In one place, the light was shining from behind, and her veil sparkled like gold; in another place, the shadow of the branches had fallen on her shoulders, and her gaze had deepened, and...
They all became a frame full of life.

For me, bridal photography is not just about capturing outer beauty; it must also bring out that special feeling and tranquility that exists within her. Here, exactly that happened… each frame is a story, the story of a girl who, in that moment, was the most beautiful version of herself.

While we were busy taking photos, I saw the sun slowly going behind the trees and its light had become more golden than ever. At that moment, an idea came to my mind: it's time to take a romantic backlight.

I told them to stand right where they were, facing each other, closer... then I softly said: now a gentle kiss. The sunlight spread from behind them, enveloping them like a golden halo, and their shadows fell in the frame like a romantic painting.

I could have made the photo a bit darker with the camera settings, but considering the customer's taste, I kept it at this level.
In the last session, I was both tired and somehow full of energy. You know, when you see all those moments you were chasing captured, the fatigue doesn't matter anymore. My shoes were dusty, my hand was heavy from holding the camera so much, but my smile wouldn't fade.

The bride and groom were excitedly looking at the photos on the camera and kept saying, "Wow, this is amazing! That one turned out so beautiful!" Right there, I realized we won the session; everything went just as it should.

This feeling that you know these photos will be in their home for years to come and every time they look at them, they'll remember this day is truly delightful. I left the garden with a happy heart and good vibes, feeling like I really did my job well today.

I hope you liked it too.
I mentioned in previous sessions that usually in this type of photography, I capture moments with the help of my assistant and using a reflector.
The camera I use is usually a Canon 5D Mark 3 with a 24-70 lens and f 2.8.

Until another photo session

Goodbye
