Harvesting my rice from the farm before the end of the year and making sure it is clean

Good morning my fellow hivers
It's been a while, hope you are all doing well

Just decided to bring to you another episode of my rice harvest

It is still harvesting time and most of the farmers are trying their best to make sure they finished their harvest before the festive period, after the festive period most of the fulani do bring their cows out to eat and they end up destroying most of the farm produce that is left in the farm.

Due to this reason I have to employ about five person to help so as to make the work faster and to prevent it from been harm by those cow's

We have to cut the rice though manually when cutting

In our area we harvest only the panicle part of the rice crop when it is fully matured.
It helps to make the transportation easy and it also reduce the weight during transcription and it also increase profit when the rice is clean people Rush to purchase it
And it's consuming labor less, it reduce soil erosion and also the remaining in the soil decompose and build up the soil fertility naturally.

it,it has to be level below the ground so that when we will bite it by hitting it on the drum to make all the rice to drop on the sack spread on the ground our hands won't hit the drum and the stalk won't mix too much with the rice

After that process we have to separate the rice from the little stalk that is mix up with the rice pack them into the sack
