Harvesting beans from farm is more stressful than I thought so I have to get enough people for the work

It is harvesting time for most of the crops especially for the beans which you all are seeing

The beans is fully ready so and dry thou it was supposed to be harvested some weeks ago but due to the tight schedule I have to leave it in the farm till when it is comfortable for me and those that were helping out
The beans is all dried up since it wasn't harvested at the time in which it should be harvested, instead of it been dry bit by bit it all dry up at the same time which makes the harvest a bit hard cause you have to harvest everything on the far

Due to this fact I have to employ a certain number of persons hence I can't do the work alone, some of people I employ are going to get money in return for the work done, some little quantity of the beans while some we agreed on me doing their work in return since I got no choice I have to abide by whatever they say just for me to get my beans been harvested
So we went to the farm and on getting there each person take roll which we followed so that some beans won't be left out in the farm

Since everything is cost in the market nowadays one has to manage whatever he has and make proper use of it cause even though things of less value are been manage this days
