April 27 2024 - Parkrun again

Today I got up early and headed out for a run. Not any old run. It was Parkrun today.

It's the first one I've done for a few weeks having not done any running during Ramadan.

My pace was a lot slower than it was, it's going to take a couple of weeks to build my fitness back to where it was.
