December 13 2023 - Morning run in Paris 🏃‍♂️

I headed out from my Paris hotel and went for a run 🏃‍♂️

It was still dark but the Champs Elysee was well lit and a few minutes later I joined loads of other runners along the river Seinne.

I felt energetic this morning despite a late night and less than 6 hours sleep.

I completed 7.7 km and then went to my office stopping for breakfast in a bakery on the way.
