March 31 2023 - Rain rain rain 🌧
It was another very wet day today and I was working at home. Work was busy and I only finished my last call by 7:30 pm. Just in time to break my fast.
I did intend to walk after eating but looking out my window it was still cold and wet. So a low step count day again. I did some exercise in the house.
Today was the first day of season 13 of MacFit and I don't think I will do very well this season during Ramadan. Especially with today's slow start, I'll be lucky to make it past this weekend.

Yeah, I always post a day behind. Just got my self in a routine that works for me. Often I walk late especially when travelling so missed out on so many steps when posting the same day.
It works fine for Poliac, they wait until all results are in and allow the second day postings
