...And so, I decided to 'dance in the rain'.

Today, like every morning, I went out to train. I gave my first two laps walking, and just when I was preparing for the toughest part of the training, the sky greeted me with an unexpected and cold drizzle.

The sky began to darken

In an instant, the people walking around began to protect themselves or leave. It was logical. It was very early to get wet on the street. For a moment I felt the temptation to collect everything too and leave training for tomorrow. My shoes and my carpet were wet, and the cold drops seemed to tell me: "Go home," you can do this tomorrow."😝

My former self would have given in to the excuse, saying: "I don't come to get soaked on the street, I'm leaving, I'll train tomorrow" I had the perfect justification to leave everything.😏

But this time, my decision was firm. I came to train today, I cannot ask that all my days be perfect so it is better "to dance in the rain" or, in this case, "train in the rain"💪

While training, I couldn't help thinking about the difficult situations that I have gone through lately. Each obstacle, every "rain" that I have faced has made me a different person. Now I am stronger, more empathic and more confident. I am a new me, one that achieves the objective that was proposed.

Because life is like this: sometimes, circumstances are not in our favor and that's fine! If we have enough desire, if we make things work, if we persevere without giving up, despite the opinions, despite the adversities ... despite the "rains" we will achieve it!

The rain was brief, cold, yes, but brief. It passed as all difficult situations in life pass. And in the end, it left me this beautiful gift: A RAINBOW 🌈 The proof that the best is at the end of the road if we refuse to give up.

No matter how small your goal is, your greatest support is yourself. Become your own fan, your own cheerleader,🎉 and it doesn't matter what "rain" you are going through at this time, I promise you that it will pass if you don't give up, and at the end of the road, you will see your beautiful rainbow.🤗
