Safety First Today / Primero la Seguridad Hoy

Today I came to my office ready to start my consultations, feeling motivated and focused like always. But guess what? There was a red alert in Jalisco, and after thinking about it carefully, I decided it was best to close early and head back home. Sometimes we plan our day one way, and life reminds us that safety always comes first.

Of course, I felt a little sad because I truly love being at my consultorio and seeing my patients. But at the end of the day, nothing is more important than staying safe and protecting ourselves. I believe being responsible also means knowing when to pause. So today I’m grateful to be home, calm, and safe. Tomorrow will be another opportunity to continue doing what I love. 🙏✨

Hoy vine al consultorio lista para comenzar mis consultas, motivada y enfocada como siempre. Pero ¿qué creen? Hubo código rojo en Jalisco y, después de pensarlo bien, decidí cerrar y regresarme a casita. A veces planeamos el día de cierta forma, y la vida nos recuerda que la seguridad siempre es primero.

Claro que me dio un poquito de tristeza porque amo estar en mi consultorio y ver a mis pacientes. Pero al final, nada es más importante que cuidarnos. Ser responsable también significa saber cuándo hacer una pausa. Hoy agradezco estar en casa, tranquila y a salvo. Mañana será otro día para seguir haciendo lo que me apasiona. 🙏✨
