With the fresh air coming from the trees and the sea, autumn begins.

Summer is behind us, at least apparently. It is still warm, but a gentle warmth mixed with the colours of autumn. The leaves are slowly beginning to fall.

Every season of the year is wonderful, because each one has its own charm. Autumn has very beautiful colours that begin to appear gently, there is more breeze in the air and walks are pleasant at any time of day, even at two in the afternoon.

The best walks, at least for me, are always those where there is vegetation and nature, not to mention my walks through museums. But many of them, or the art galleries, have been closed for part of the summer and are only now resuming their activity by changing their exhibitions. I have several walks pending in that regard.

But on this occasion, I take you for a walk along a beautiful path with lots of sunshine in some parts and intense shadows in others, which is pleasant, as it doesn't feel cold there yet. The trees with their leaves draw patterns on the ground, but they also offer glimpses of the city and its charms.

It is a lonely path most of the time, and most of the time I only come across someone walking their dog, but if I go early, no one is there, and I like that. I can enjoy the music of nature, which is the best music there is, the breeze, the birds, some sound among the trees that I don't recognise, perhaps a bird or a lizard.

Soon it will get a little colder, and I will venture to walk along unmarked paths. I always remember what my sister friend told me, to be careful of snakes, but they hibernate in winter, so I will wait a little longer to venture down those even more solitary paths, walking among the plants on the ground and feeling the crunch of leaves under my feet.

I have always liked that sound, the crunch of autumn leaves, those huge blankets that form on the streets under the trees, and feeling my footsteps on them. Every season has its charm, and autumn is very special. Perhaps a little melancholy, but combined with a lot of beauty to behold.

I like to walk, always looking around me, up, back, seeing the path I have travelled, the past, and thinking... how much I have done, how many things...

You know that I liken my walks to life, and just yesterday I remembered so many things, as if a thousand years had passed and I had walked many paths, too many... and I always think how beautiful the mysterious road ahead is, there is always a new bend that I have not taken before and that I cannot see in the distance, but it surprises me and that is the beauty of both walking and life itself.

There are not always beautiful paths, some are dark, like life, but that small stretch serves to learn something, to take in information to enjoy what is to come, because life is like the paths that go up and down, come and go, are cyclical, like on today's walk.

The beauty is reaching the end of the walk with lots of sunshine and beautiful landscapes where the vegetation is lush, with different shades of green, the rocks create strange shapes for us to decipher, like a map of another world, and where the view opens up before our eyes with the horizon and the sea.

I love those landscapes where in the distance I see neighbourhoods on a hill and beyond that the water, that water that always gives life and freshness, in this case to the view, to the soul and to this walk.

Thank you very much for joining me today on this Wednesday walk. I send my best regards to all of you. See you soon.
Amonet.

Good morning, Amonet, how are you?

How great that the days of intense heat are over. Now, beautiful autumn days will come for taking photographs.

I love your walks in nature or when you visit the beautiful museums in your city.

Beautiful photographs.

Have a beautiful day.

The days are so beautiful at this time of year, with mild temperatures until November and no winter like in Argentina, nothing as extreme as I experienced there. Thank you very much!

I also think that every season has its own charm, especially when it comes to taking photographs.

It must be beautiful to walk through this beautiful place and enjoy the tranquility and the sounds of nature.

Beautiful photographs, especially those that show the city from above.

It's always a pleasure, dear friend @avdesing, to take this virtual Wednesday walk.

Have a great day.

I enjoy the round softness and colours of this part of the city. It looks like it's high altitude, so it probably has its own unique ecosystem.

Absolutely, the air is different and at that altitude I feel like I'm far away from the city. Thank you!

Good afternoon @avdesing, autumn has arrived here too, and it seems to be a season that calls for reflection. I liked the path you took us on, and I share your thoughts on life: sometimes we walk along shadowy paths, and other times along illuminated paths... we learn from all of them.

A big hug.

Well... autumn has begun according to the calendar, but in terms of weather, we are still in summer, only more beautiful. Now the walks are even more enjoyable. Thank you very much!🤗

Hello Amonet, there are so many people living in fear in so many places and I feel you so safe in your solitary walks accompanied by nature and beauty...I like that feeling you transmit. Thank you for bringing those autumn lights. A hug 🤗

I used to be very, very afraid, but not anymore. Now I feel like I am always protected. Thank you!

The seasons mean a lot to us who live up north. We have just had the autumn dawn. Now we have 6 months of darkness. I usually say that we should embrace the darkness, so when the light comes back, the light embraces us! Very nice photos. I see you are far down in the Strait of Gibraltar!

It would be very strange for me to have six months of darkness, I've never seen it... it would make me sad... I think. Well, not right on the strait, but in the south🤗🤗🤗

But you also have seasons, although they are not so clear.

I have an Argentine acquaintance living in Sweden... he first lived here for 10 years and then left. He mentioned something to me.
