🏗 They are building near where I live. (Eng/ Esp)
Good morning, afternoon or evening to all the @liketu community.
Today I bring you some pictures of a building complex that is being built not far from where I live.
Two years ago a big park called "Martiricos" was finished, together with another very beautiful building complex, but this time the height of these constructions I think is one of the highest I have seen here.
It will not only be for residences, flats, but also for offices.
It has been under construction for more than a year and it is really looking beautiful.
The tallest tower, if I counted correctly, is over 25 storeys high.
The cranes are working with incredible precision.
According to the signs on the terrace there will be a swimming pool and a place for a gymnasium.
This is important for the city, in fact the whole of Spain has a housing shortage and the tendency is to use these spaces for buildings rather than to build houses.
Another important fact is that almost always around a big park there are buildings everywhere.

Buenos días, tardes o noches a toda la comunidad de @liketu.
Hoy les traigo unas fotografías de un complejo de edificios que están construyendo no muy lejos del lugar donde vivo.Hace dos años se termino de realizar un gran parque llamado “Martiricos”, juntamente con otro complejo de edificios muy hermoso, pero en esta ocasión la altura de estas construcciones creo es de las mas altas que he visto aquí.
No solo será para residencias, departamentos, sino también para oficinas.
Lleva en construcción más de un año y la verdad está quedando precioso.
A torre más alta, si no conté mal, tiene más de 25 pisos.
Las grúas trabajan con una precisión increíble.
Según pude leer en los carteles en la terraza habrá piscina y también lugar para un gimnasio.
Eso es importante para la ciudad, en realidad toda España tiene déficit habitacional y se tiende más que construir casas, destinar esos espacios a edificios.
Otro dato importante es que casi siempre alrededor de un gran parque hay edificios por doquier.
Un gran placer compartir estas vistas con todos ustedes.

jajajajajaja bueno eso dice el cartel, hace tiempo están en eso jaja paso y siguen construyendo a ver cuando terminan y les doy un vistazo jajaja
si que esta bien alto amiga @avdesing eso es bueno que esten construyendo los espacios para vivir que se necesitan en tu ciudad

Hey! Muy hermoso ese lugar por donde vives, quizás esos nuevos edificios revalorice la zona en general porque se ven elegantes. Prefiero los edificios de pocos pisos, máximo 5, pero en ciudades con tantos habitantes resulta mejor hacerlos de esa cantidad.
También prefiero eso, aunque de elegir prefiero una casa, yo vivo en uno de 6, mucho mejor jaja. Gracias @glowshine 🤗
