I went to the garden before the operation with my mum and the rest of the family, and it was lovely exploring new places!! I look at the photos and it all comes back to me!
How am I? Hahaha, a bit knackered, not getting much sleep... and lots going on, but health-wise I’m fine. Next month will be even busier. Even short walks always help. Thanks!💗

You are strong and even though there are many things going on, and you take care of your mom as we talked in the other post, I know you always find the light, the positive thoughts that give you the strength. ✨ And yes, even short walks contribute to it 😉 (but try to sleep and rest enough 🙏)
