They say that we are what we think... thoughts are energy and generate emotions, emotions generate actions and so on, but everything starts with thoughts. To know what a person thinks, I look at their life and that's it. You have evolved a lot and that's great.

Thank you so much Avesita, and boy have these days been a challenge for me, especially after I wrote this post. I am surrounded by a lot of injustice, even if it doesn't happen directly to me, at the beginning I feel I fall a bit into unhealthy thoughts, but I notice the great effort to get out of that place and change my outlook, I am still in process, but I prefer this path.
