Hello everyone,
How are you today? I hope we are always given health and happiness in living the day. Still in the month of Ramadan, if I make a food recipe, it's definitely not far from food for iftar. As the only son-in-law, I always do my best when it comes to making food. Yes, it's because my mother-in-law can't cook. This makes me even more challenging in making food, because it has to be better and make everyone at home happy.

It's not something that is forced, it aims to complement each other, because everyone at home really likes to eat. They eat whatever I make and it's always gone. My mother-in-law loves me very much because of that, so she doesn't have to make food and help me to clean the house, we are partners who complement each other.

Well, it's been 20 days of fasting, which means we've gone ¾ of the way and it will go to our destination as Muslims. Getting closer to Eid al-Fitr makes us more enthusiastic about fasting, which means that our obligations as Muslims this year will be fulfilled. Therefore, in order to increase my enthusiasm for fasting, I always make special takjil that are sure to make all family members very happy and appreciated for the achievement of fasting all day long.

This time, I have a very brilliant plan to make all family members happy, this time's takjil is very special, it will quench thirst because of enduring thirst and hunger. Making delicious desserts originating from Hong Kong that are being talked about a lot by Indonesian people. Sago mango is a dessert that is sure to be very fresh and good for the health of the body, full of fiber and vitamins for the whole family. Moreover, this time I will make sago mango in a different way, usually using evaporated milk from cow's milk, so for the sago mango recipe this time I will make a vegan plant-based version. So, curious about the recipe? Let's try!

Definitely! My mama also likes to put it in meals during lunch like in Thai curry since it suits well with the sauce, rice and chicken. 😋

Oh, it looks so fresh and colorful! I could never tell a dessert like this had originated in Japan; it looks so typically Indonesian to me. Loved the recipe. Thank you so much for sharing it, @aswita 💚🌿
