Hello everyone,
I just realized that being a vegan is not easy, especially for those who have just started. In our lives, those around us, being vegan is not an easy thing, especially for those who live on the Asian continent, the substitution of animal products is very difficult because it is not common.

Recently, since I've been worried about my health, I've always been paying attention to the food that goes into my mouth. I've been conscious of healthy living and paying attention to macro-nutrients. Even though I can't completely give up animal products, I try to minimize it.

You know, that I like various desserts, cakes, or bread. It's sad that where I live, to get 100% of these foods is very difficult, even if someone sells them, they are quite expensive. This is the biggest obstacle in consuming vegan desserts. Quite jealous of other big cities that are quite aware of selling vegan desserts at affordable prices and 100% vegan.

I can only see from various social media, I really want to learn to make plant-based desserts or cakes, it must be very interesting to learn. I don't give up easily, there are several things I want to try at home, one of which is the dessert I made this time.

Yesterday, I was trying to make chocolate oats cake, I found an easy recipe on social media. Once I tried, I was very interested in trying other recipes. Maybe this is one of the recipes that you often make, but this is my first experience making easy desserts with plant based and gluten free.

How to make chocolate oats cake;

  • Puree 30 gr oats. Oats are used as a substitute for wheat flour, because the texture will be the same as wheat flour if mashed and will get better fiber than using wheat flour, as well as gluten free, safe for those who are allergic to gluten.
