Photography Lovers: citrus leaf eating caterpillar
Hello photography lovers, how are you today, I hope you are all well.
On this occasion I would like to share some photos for photography lovers.
The photo I want to share today is a leaf caterpillar, why do I call it a leaf caterpillar, because this caterpillar is green and likes to eat my orange leaves.
I found this caterpillar on one of the orange trees.
This orange tree grows in front of my house, at that time I accidentally saw a caterpillar eating my orange leaves.
Then I thought this was an opportunity to take some photos.
Then I immediately took a photo with my cellphone.
And managed to take some photos.
Here are some photos of the green caterpillar below:
Thank you photography lovers who have taken the time to stop by my place, I hope you like it. Greetings from me @asklanbudi
I've always found caterpillars very striking because of the way they camouflage themselves. It's incredible. Beautiful photos!
That's right, my friend, caterpillars can adapt to shape and color. Thank you my friend for visiting me. Have a nice day :)
Great photos. Nice shot 📸
Thanks you 🫠
You're welcome :)
Me gusta como resalta el color verde y una nitidez que hace destacar y brillar más fotos.
Thank you very much, my friend, for your visit and comments. have a nice day
Interesting caterpillar, I don't think we have this type in my country. Looks great on the photos.
I just found out that this type of caterpillar is not found in your area. There are quite a lot of these caterpillars in my area, they often eat my orange leaves.
and I took the opportunity while on the lime leaves.
Thank you, my friend, for taking the time to stop by my place. Have a nice day.
We have different ones and those are eating the leaves too :)
In each region the shape of the caterpillar is different. Caterpillars are a unique type with their shape and color.
Wow, you did a great job capturing this fascinating caterpillar 👏🤩
thank you very much my friend
Yeah!... A fascinating creature and ideal photos to appreciate it!... Here in the north-central region of Venezuela we have some species of butterflies which look similar to this one of yours during their caterpillar stage. Specifically in my region we have the Papilio thoas, and I understand that the intention of its appearance is to simulate that of bird excrement and thus try to avoid the birds attack and eat them... Nature is always so wonderful!... Coincidentally, these caterpillars (those of this local species I named) are also found in citrus plants here, and that is why that species is commonly called the "Lemon Butterfly"... I suppose that the one in your photo is a "cousin" of ours! 😃... You always do excellent work @asklanbudi friend!... Congratulations and thank you for showing us this species!
