Wow, thats a beautiful achievement for any fitness lover,walking is something that is the #1 therapeutic consultation for anyone who wants to change the shape of the body.

A good health is one thing that is the best reward one can get, living the life to the fullest enjoyment is when we have the chance to enjoy our time, only when we are physically fit.

I have had a talk on the subject of amateur sport and the concerns, where I brought forward the necessity of getting close together with a community and socialized settings, the benifits and extra's. If you get a time, please do check that out.

Greetings, yes really fitness is important when we decide to change a lifestyle to improve our health, I do it to improve my body, but also to improve my cardiovascular part that has been teasing me, and I know that sport will help me in this. Sorry it took me so long to respond. Thank you for your visit
