Having a privilege to lead a life in midst of such green countryside region is particularly awesome. There is peace in enjoying self cooked dishes, the beauty to enjoy in natural seting.
Oh one more thing,your recipe's looking delicious, yet I am not accustomed eating such foreign foods,but yours is a different case. Ha ha. 💚

I do feel privileged to live here, so much beauty around us. Glad you liked the dish, even though I am American, I mostly eat Indian and SE Asian foods.
