[PL/ENG] PARK GUELL / My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2026

W niedzielę mieliśmy zaplanowane zwiedzanie Parku Guell. Upał, słońce, 3 miliony ludzi; dzieci ubolewały, że nie poszliśmy po prostu na plażę.

On Sunday, we had a visit to Park Güell planned. Heat, sun, 3 million people; the kids complained that we hadn't just gone to the beach instead.

A w sumie myślałam, że ten kolorowy słynny park ich zachwyci. No nie. Godzina podróży i dwie godziny zwiedzania w cierpieniu, bo woleliby być gdzie indziej. Co jak co - ale z dziećmi wakacje w hotelu all inclusive to jednak najlepsza opcja ;d

And actually, I thought that this famous colorful park would thrill them. Well, no. An hour of travel and two hours of sightseeing in misery, because they would rather have been anywhere else. Say what you will—but with kids, an all-inclusive hotel vacation is still the best option ;d

No ale dzielnie dzieci pozwiedzały na uprzejmość rodzicom.

But the kids bravely went sightseeing out of kindness to their parents.

A jak moje wrażenia?
Uważam, że to urokliwe miejsce, a Gaudi był wizjonerem. Aczkolwiek nie lubię tłumów ;p W Barcelonie wszędzie są tłumy i już zdążyłam do tego trochę przez ten tydzień przywyknąć, ale to nie oznacza, że lubię zwiedzanie w tłumie. Trudno jednak oczekiwać parku Guell na wyłączność. Zaliczone, ładnie, fajnie. Potem poszliśmy na plażę, gdzie akurat tego dnia też były tłumy. Cóż, widocznie taki dzień tłumiasty.

And what about my impressions?
I think it's a charming place, and Gaudí was a visionary. Although I don't like crowds ;p There are crowds everywhere in Barcelona and I've already gotten a bit used to it over this week, but that doesn't mean I like sightseeing in a crowd. Still, it's hard to expect to have Park Güell all to yourself. Checked off, pretty, cool. Afterwards, we went to the beach, where there happened to be crowds that day too. Well, apparently it was just a crowded kind of day.
