We planned to take the family to Ziarat park which is one of the famous and best parks in my city. My friend who has arrived from Australia is a guest for me these days and I thought to take him and his family to the park and to make him entertain.

We planned to take all the kids and went for the park so that to enjoy the lovely Sunday. Ziarat park is in the cantonment area which is totally under the control of ARMY.

We thought will be the safest place for the kids to enjoy their time in Ziarat park. But a great unfortune happened to us and we were not allowed to enter the cant area. I had cantt pass but my friend who was from Australia is not the citizen of Pakistan and he were not allowed to enter cantonment.

The reason they told that the entry for the foreigner is always closed. Anyway we decided to go to the next nearest park that is Askari park and is also a large and beautiful park. There are around 25-30 big rides and about 10 small rides for the kids.

There are 8-10 canteen in different areas for the visitors and also the park is well maintained. Greenery are everywhere which makes the park more natural. There are security guards moving around to keep sure that there are no single person but only families are allowed.

When we reached the park there was huge crowd of people entering the park, Sundays are more crowded because of the weekends and families come to the parks and other natural places.

Kids enjoyed the different rides and enjoyed their best time. In the evening we decided to have a refreshment time and there we go to the canteen area to drink a milk tea which is real source of stamina for me.

We ordered Milk Tea, French Fries, Cholay Chaat, Coldrinks and Chicken Burger. Enjoyed the evening meal and again went back to the rides. We spend around 3 hours in the park and then left back towards home. During the whole time I tried to capture some of the best pictures and to share with you guys.
