A flock of SAWZAG pigeons beside Shah Ghazi's grave.

My recent trip to Karachi with my family and kids was a fantastic and memorable experience. What I appreciate about this city is that it is usually full and a lively city with lots of fun and entertainment. But the thing that bothers me is the hot climate, which I dislike.

VISIT TO GRAVE OF ABDULLAH SHAH GHAZI AND ENCOUNTER WITH FLOCK OF PIGEONS

I intend to visit Karachi more in the winter, especially in the months of December and January, when it is more touristy and the weather is just amazing. The weather is fantastic at the time of winter, and you could only wear a suit to keep your body temperature normal. Summer in Karachi is quite hot, as locals are well aware about it.

When I was in Karachi, I plan to go to the Abdullah Shah Ghazi Grave, which is close the seaview. This is a spiritual site where many religious people can be found. I had heard a lot about this person and his miracle, so I decided to pay him a visit when I arrived in Karachi. Fortunately, this time I will have the opportunity to see the famous Mazar of Shah Ghazi.

On my walk towards the grave, I came across a spot where a handler was feeding a flock of pigeons. It was late in the evening, close to sunset, and the reflection of the sun on the pigeons was stunning. There were roughly 50 gorgeous birds on the way of the tourists walking towards the grave.

People gathered around the pigeons to enjoy the view, while some handed food to them. I decided to take some images of these pigeons and share them with you. Because I was using my phone, I took a step closer to get a better shot. I requested the handler to let me get closer, but he said the pigeons might fly, which is bad because they fly at night and there is chance they get lost their way back.

CAPTURING THE BEAUTY OF SAWZAG PIGEONS

So I made the decision to capture the pigeons from where I am. I tried my hardest to take beautiful and clear images from various angles and scenarios. The first image shows flocks of pigeons eating their feed, which is rather lovely. This is the first time I've seen all of the birds in one place and in a flock.

The good thing about these pigeons is that they all belong to the same race and are known as SAWZAG pigeons. They are in three different colours: dark silver, light silver, and black. The beauty of these races is that they have dark silver colour on their head, light silver colour on their fur and body, and black colour on their feather ends, which make them gorgeous and lovely.

The second image depicts the moment when they are flying. Because of the crowd that has gathered around them, they occasionally fly as a result of the people's unpredictable actions. During this period, when all of the pigeons are in flying mode, I get the opportunity to photograph some of them. When these pigeons fly, they look really lovely, and that is the beauty of nature.

I shared some more images of the pigeons with you. This is an attempt on my part to provide you with the best pigeon and photography images. I hope you enjoy the photographs and the view of of the pigeons. If you like the photography, please leave a review in the comments section so that the future post can be even better. Thank you for sticking with me until the end.

You did an amazing job 🙌 Are pigeons common where you live too?

Can I please use one of the pictures in Let Our Picture Tell Your Story, giving you full credit?
