A person should try to be as hospitable as possible and respect their guests because guests are friends of God, and whatever you spend on guests, you get it back double. Our very close friend came from Dubai to Quetta, so we took him to eat at Dubai Restaurant in Kuchlak.

We have a huge respect for him because he is very kind to us and on every business field he helped us and supported us. His great advices had always helped us to manage our business and to earn a good income from.

We have also a partnership investment with him in his several businesses and on monthly basis he shares the profit with us. We are about 4 people who we pooled a money and being with his businesses as a partner. Until now we had not been in loss and that is the greatness of him.

Our dear friend’s name is Mohammad Ali, who is one of the top and successful businessmen in Quetta. He has two businesses in Quetta and about 3–4 businesses in Dubai and Sharjah.

He spends about 6 months in Quetta and 6 months in Dubai. He comes to Quetta in the summer season because the weather here is much better than in Dubai. He loves to travel and one of the main purpose for his traveling is that he always take care of his business which are in both places.

He owns Hussainyan Family Park, which is considered one of the best parks in Quetta. We sometimes go there and take the kids for a ride. Whenever we go there, we are welcomed nicely, for which we are very thankful.

Hussainyan park is very huge and they decorates the park with many beauties. The park consists of 4 parts, one is specific for the swimming pool, the other is for the children playland area, the other is the different rides for the adults and the fourth portion is full of garden and greenery where people came and do their gatherings.

Last week, my brother-in-law made a plan to go to Kuchlak and eat at Dubai Restaurant. Kuchlak is about 27 KM away from my city and is a great place for outings and enjoyment.

One great thing about Kuchlak is that there are many hotels here, and each one is better than the other, especially in taste. Many times we have gone to hotels in Kuchlak to eat, but the best food is at Dubai Restaurant, and their Mutton Rosh is extremely tasty.

Kuchlak is rich in tradition and culture, and you can see many traditional things here. One of their traditions is that the people here are very hospitable, and when they know guests have come from another city, they respect them a lot and don’t hold back in hospitality.

Four of us started our journey in the car, including my uncle, brother-in-law, me, and my friend. After traveling in the car for about 45 minutes, we reached Dubai Restaurant, where we were welcomed very well.

First, they arranged very good parking for our car so that it stayed safe, and then they guided us towards the Dubai hotel. That night when we reached the restaurant, we saw a big crowd, and when we entered, there was no empty place to sit.

I think that was the weekend night and mostly this night has more crowd, that is why we see at parking everywhere cars and bikes and also when we get inside we see a huge crowd of people who were busy talking with each other and eating foods.

We kept searching for a suitable place to sit peacefully and eat, but couldn’t find one. We talked to the hotel management, and they quickly arranged a place for us in a small garden. The lighting was dim, but still, the place was amazing.

As you can see in the picture, there are many people around us, and everyone is busy eating. After getting a proper place, we checked the food menu and ordered the famous Giant Mutton Rosh along with Mutton Boti. Along with it, we ordered Chapati, Naan, and in drinks, Shulumbay, which is also called Lassi.

After ordering, it took about 15 minutes, and during that time we had a great conversation and enjoyed the amazing environment. During this, I also took some pictures. Because of low lighting at night, it was hard to take pictures, but I tried by turning on super night mode, which helped the pictures come out well.

After 15 minutes, the food arrived. The Giant Mutton Rosh and Mutton Boti were waiting for us. Before eating, we took some memorable pictures and then started eating. Within half an hour, all the food was finished.

After that, we ordered green lemon tea and kept talking for another hour. We met people from Kuchlak, who were very nice and hospitable. That’s why this city is also called the city of hospitality. We spent a very good time at Dubai Restaurant in Kuchlak with friends and our dear friend Mohammad Ali, who is visiting Quetta for a few days and will soon return to Dubai.

We spent a memorable night there and then sat in the car and left for our city. Around 12 at night, we reached back. This trip was short, but it felt like we had spent a whole month there because we enjoyed in our own way and with the special gathering of friends made it more fun.
