Bendecida semana, bienvenidos a mi blog.

Este fin de semana celebramos en casa los 46 años de mi viejo, mi querido padre, con una reunión un tanto íntima, una buena parrillada y los respectivos tragos para compartir juntos como familia. Espero que disfruten las fotos que comparto por acá.

Un día antes de su cumpleaños, la noche del 12, compramos una botellita de ron para compartir entre él, mi mamá y yo, esperando a que se hicieran las 12:00 y así poder felicitarlo por su cumpleaños. No le daríamos los regalos sino hasta el desayuno especial, pero un abrazo no le íbamos a negar.

Despertamos bien temprano el día del cumple, le preparamos deliciosos pastelitos de queso y jamón, jugo, cafecito, galletas, chocolate y maní, y pusimos su lindo regalo que ya mi hermana y yo habíamos comprado con anterioridad.

Llegada la noche fue hora de ponernos bonitos, pues celebraríamos un año más de vida de mi papá junto a unos primos, además que yo invité a mi amiga Johalys pues ya es cada vez más cercana con nosotros. La parrillada estuvo deliciosa, fuimos comiendo a medida que mi papá iba asando, y antes de que piensen mal, mi papá disfruta de hacer él mismo la carne a la parrilla, no tuvimos que obligarlo ni nada por el estilo, jajaja.

Fue muy agradable tener la oportunidad de celebrar a mi papá de una forma íntima, entre personas de confianza, sin gran locura o personas que no quisiéramos pero habría que invitar por compromiso. Se sintió bien estar reunidos entre personas que se tienen mucho cariño, escuchando buena música, contando anécdotas, entre tragos y muchísimas risas. Espero que él haya pasado un muy feliz cumpleaños junto a nosotros, su familia que le quiere muchísimo.

Blessed week, welcome to my blog!

This weekend we celebrated at home the 46th birthday of my old man, my dear father, with a somewhat intimate gathering, a good barbecue and drinks to share together as a family. I hope you enjoy the pictures I share here.

A day before his birthday, the night of the 12th, we bought a little bottle of rum to share between him, my mom and me, waiting for 12:00 to be done so we could congratulate him on his birthday. We would not give him the gifts until the special breakfast, but we were not going to deny him a hug.

We woke up bright and early on his birthday, made him delicious cheese and ham pastries, juice, coffee, cookies, chocolate and peanuts, and put out his nice present that my sister and I had already bought ahead of time.

When the night arrived it was time to get pretty, as we would celebrate one more year of my dad's life with some cousins, plus I invited my friend Johalys as she is getting closer and closer to us. The barbecue was delicious, we were eating as my dad was grilling, and before you think bad, my dad enjoys grilling the meat himself, we didn't have to force him or anything like that, hahaha.

It was nice to have the opportunity to celebrate my dad in an intimate way, among people we trusted, no big craziness or people we didn't want to invite but would have to invite out of commitment. It felt good to be together among people who are very fond of each other, listening to good music, telling anecdotes, between drinks and lots of laughter. I hope he had a very happy birthday with us, his family that loves him very much.
