[ENG/ESP] Desafío #monomad: Fragmented. / Challenge #monomad: Fragmentado.

The idea for this make-up came up while I was thinking about the way I put forward my ideas and thoughts. If I look at them from another perspective there are too many things in my head, among them: projects, ideas, fantasies, dreams, fears, insecurities, convictions, principles, just to mention a few and although it seems that everything is a chaos each of these things occupy their space and place within me, intimately linked, forming the unity of thought that defines my character, so it is not bad to be like that, it is not bad to have scattered thoughts because in the end when approached from another angle they are the whole that makes me who I am.

La idea de este maquillaje surgió mientras pensaba en la forma en que planteo mis ideas y mis pensamientos. Si los miro desde otra perspectiva hay demasiadas cosas en mi cabeza, entre ellas: proyectos, ideas, fantasías, sueños, temores, inseguridades, convicciones, principios, solo por mencionar algunas y aunque parezca que todo es un caos cada una de estas cosas ocupan su espacio y lugar dentro de mí, íntimamente vinculadas, conformando la unidad de pensamiento que define mi carácter, así que no está mal ser así, no está mal tener pensamientos dispersos porque al final cuando se enfoca desde otro ángulo son el todo que me hace ser quien soy.

Making these photos was like doing a kind of therapy, it all started in an abstract way, with just an idea and after the whole process I was left with a liberating feeling, transcending beyond the artistic. Hacer estas fotos fue como hacer un tipo de terapia, todo empezó de manera abstracta, con solo una idea y después de todo el proceso me quedó una sensación liberadora, trascendiendo más allá de lo artístico.
