Hola viajeros espero que se encuentren excelente en cualquier parte del territorio en la que me estén leyendo. Hoy toca subirnos al auto y viajar la pasado o mejor dicho, a la Venezuela de Antier. Así que ajusten sus cinturones y pónganse cómodos que iniciamos el recorrido.

La Venezuela de 1925 / Venezuela in 1925
Viajar al estado Mérida no es solo conocer sus increíbles espacios naturales, si no también las distintas atracciones como parques temáticos y museos. En este caso, le mostraré mi experiencia recorriendo los rincones de La Venezuela de Antier.
Traveling to the state of Merida is not only to know its incredible natural spaces, but also the different attractions such as theme parks and museums. In this case, I will show you my experience touring the corners of La Venezuela de Antier..

Este era mi último día viajando por Mérida, el bus salía a las ocho de la noche así que, para aprovechar al máximo el día nos fuimos a hacer el recorrido. Para ir hacía el parque hay que agarrar la vía al Jají, allí se encuentra el estacionamiento del parque donde podrás adquirir tu entrada la cual tiene un precio de 15 USD por persona.
This was my last day traveling through Merida, the bus was leaving at eight o'clock at night so, to make the most of the day we went to do the tour. To go to the park you have to take the road to Jají, there you will find the parking lot of the park where you can buy your ticket which has a price of 15 USD per person.
El parque está inspirado en la Venezuela de 1925, cuando gobernaba el presidente Juan Vicente Gómez, por lo que todo, desde los autos, la infraestructura y hasta los empleados están ambientados en esa época.
The park is inspired by the Venezuela of 1925, when President Juan Vicente Gómez governed, so everything, from the cars, the infrastructure and even the employees are set in that era.

Este recorrido es completamente interactivo así que desde el inicio te involucran en las distintas dramatizaciones y bailes que realizan para explicar un poco la vida de esos años.
Además de eso, es como estar en un museo inmenso, porque en cada punto te encuentras objetos del siglo pasado.

This tour is completely interactive, so from the beginning you are involved in the different dramatizations and dances that are performed to explain a little of the life of those years.
Besides that, it is like being in a huge museum, because at every point you find objects from the last century.
La primera región que se encuentra es la oriental, más específicamente hay una buena representación del estado Nueva Esparta. Allí nos recibieron con música y nos pusieron a bailar al ritmo del sebucán y la burriquita. La experiencia es más divertida cuando se hace en grupos de por lo menos diez personas.
The first region to be found is the eastern region, more specifically there is a good representation of the state of Nueva Esparta. There we were welcomed with music and they made us dance to the rhythm of the sebucán and the burriquita. The experience is more fun when done in groups of at least ten people.
Todo el recorrido por este parque se hace caminando por lo que la hidratación es lo más importante.
The entire tour of this park is done on foot, so hydration is the most important thing.
En todo el parque hay monumentos o construcciones representativas de una gran parte del país. Está por ejemplo el casco histórico de la ciudad de Coro, la plaza de toros de Maracay, un monumento en honor a los diablos danzantes de Yare, el puente Rafael Urdaneta que está sobre el lago de Maracaibo y así muchos otros más.
Throughout the park there are monuments or constructions representative of a large part of the country. There is for example the historic center of the city of Coro, the bullring of Maracay, a monument in honor of the dancing devils of Yare, the Rafael Urdaneta bridge over the lake of Maracaibo and many others.
Llegando a la región maracucha decidimos sentarnos a disfrutar de unos ricos patacones, un platillo típico preparado con plátano verde frito como base, cubierto con carne mechada o pollo en salsa de tomate y queso blanco para coronar el sabroso bocado.
Arriving in the Maracucha region, we decided to sit down to enjoy some delicious patacones, a typical dish prepared with fried green plantain as a base, topped with shredded beef or chicken in tomato sauce and white cheese to crown the tasty snack.
De todos los objetos de colección que allí tienen mis favoritos fueron los autos, incluso tienen uno que le pertenecía a la familia del presidente Juan Vicente Gómez, bueno según escuché mientras caminaba por allí 😅.
Of all the collectibles they have there my favorites were the cars, they even have one that belonged to the family of President Juan Vicente Gomez, well according to what I heard while walking around there 😅.
Y después de tres horas más o menos de caminar y caminar por todo el gran terreno que conforma la Venezuela de Antier terminamos el recorrido hablando y riendo con el dueño del parque, el señor Alexis quien nos preguntaba por nuestra experiencia en el lugar.
And after three hours or so of walking and walking all over the great land that makes up the Venezuela de Antier, we finished the tour talking and laughing with the owner of the park, Mr. Alexis, who asked us about our experience in the place.
