The World As I Know It – A Reflection from Another Side

Sometimes the world flips itself upside down and everything familiar becomes strange. I didn’t plan this shot to be surreal, but that’s how it felt when I saw the reflection cleaner, calmer, more poetic than the real world above it. A quiet lake, a ripple-free moment, and an illusion that felt more truthful than reality.

This photo was taken on a calm afternoon using my Nikon D40 and edited to bring out the colors and contrast of this dreamlike reversal.
There’s no trick here, no AI, just a flipped world hiding in the water.
