Monomad challenge Gray days are happy days

In the blink of an eye the dry season marks the end of the season to make way for the most beautiful time of the year.

Analyzing the study of colors and their emotional impact on humans, we find that they can represent sadness and depression. We tend to associate the gray sky with negative things, as shown in hundreds of scenes in movies or theater. On the other hand, in the idiosyncrasy of the Venezuelan people, a gray sky is synonymous with life. Just that exact moment when the drops of water finish lashing the ground with inclemency after a tropical storm, birds begin to sing, the trees become green and reptiles have more prey to take to their stomachs thanks to the breeding season and birth of offspring.

This is my selection of photographs that despite being full of color were taken on gray days and heavy rains. They represent all the splendor and natural life in my day to day life. I used to feel sad on gray and cold days too. But eventually I realized that everything I need to be happy is here, in my home in the beautiful and peaceful cloud forests of El Hatillo Venezuela.

I never get tired of thinking about my old age in this paradise that I am building with my hands. Tourist routes, a Hub Hive at home @vidaverdeve , free environmental and artistic workshops for the needy. It all makes sense after spending so much time trapped in the news of this country.

In a country where if you spit a seed in the ground a magnificent fruit tree grows, where there are up to 3 harvests a year and it rains more than 6 months a year.

Returning to the subject of the gray color, it seems to me that the technology companies have been right to use the gray color for most of the appliances.
