Abandoned openings - photographs
Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a series of photographs I took during one of my hikes to an abandoned site.
As you know I am fascinated by places in decay, because they, in their dilapidated and abandoned state pose some questions for me. Why do people abandon their homes? What stories do these places tell? How long have they been abandoned?
It is amazing how nature slowly reclaims its spaces, and how time is an artistic element that shapes walls, stones, fixtures, floors and whatnot to its liking.
I leave you with my photographs, and I will not hide from you that some of them have inspired me for a series of watercolors on the decay of urban spaces, a topic I have already covered in a couple of exhibitions.
A spoiled hug.
Armando.

Aperture abbandonate - fotografie
Armando.
@armandosodano friend, how nice to wake up and see this photographic series full of drama and eloquence.... I love abandoned places too.... They make me think, I like the dramatic air that speaks of times gone by... In addition to your magnificent talent for painting, I now discover that you have an outstanding ability for photography... Excellent shots, beautiful luminosity, beautiful contrast in all the pictures... And you've even made good use of that old tractor tyre scrap!... (which by the way is something like Fibonacci heh heh heh heh).... Great friend!... Great set of images, thanks for this!....
