Oh, you wonder! Oh, you cry. Oh, you try to find perfect synchrony—again and again. Reflections are turning points, destined to build us up and direct us. They’re not a reason to panic, but to stand taller.

The wrongs, the bads, the weeping, the sorrows… Left unchecked, reflections can become catastrophe. Disaster. Yet they also mean loving yourself as you are—embracing the bad, the worst, and all.
