Yes, it could have been a fantastic masterpiece of architecture. But who knows? As you said, budgetary constraints might probably have halted this promising project. Nevertheless, it's still a marvelous ongoing work of modern design. Amazing discovery @dinaaczib! ☺️

Yes, the truth is that it is still a beautiful project, hopefully things will change here in my country and something good will happen and this place will be among the projects that were left in the middle. Thank you very much for your support!😊
