Fungi Friday - Beautiful Brown Mushrooms on Dead Tree Roots Covered in Soil

Hi mushroom lovers, finally today we can meet again through the #FungiFriday challenge organized by @ewkaw, this Friday I want to share my mushroom findings with all my friends.

Currently I am finding more and more types of mushrooms that make it very difficult for me to find out their names because there are so many types and names of mushrooms, therefore after I found this beautiful mushroom I immediately asked for the name of this mushroom via Google Lens so that I could get the right name for the mushroom I found through visual matching, according to Google Lens the beautiful mushroom I found today is called Candolleomyces candolleanus Mushroom.

I found this mushroom growing on the roots of a fallen tree that was still in the ground, the mushroom I found grew with several other mushrooms of the same type, I myself really like seeing the appearance of this faded brown mushroom, the umbrella of this mushroom itself looks very pointed which makes its appearance even more beautiful.

At first glance, this mushroom looks like it grows on the ground, even though underneath there are tree roots that have long died, it seems like today is the right day when I found this beautiful mushroom, because if I found it a little late, this mushroom could have withered because now the rain has also started to fall less often.

Not only one type of mushroom, today I also found another type of beautiful mushroom growing on the trunk of a coconut tree that has long died, telling the search that I did through visual matching, this beautiful mushroom is called Gymnopus mushroom, this mushroom grows in two that look like siblings.

From the looks of it, this mushroom seems like it will survive in drought because in the past I also found mushrooms like this that were able to survive for a long time even though there was no rain, the yellow color also makes the appearance of this mushroom very beautiful.

These are two types of beautiful mushrooms that I can share with my friends today, thank you for my friends who have visited my mushroom post today.
