Adventure Time!

Today is going to be so much fun!!! :D
My buddy and his girlfriend are coming over and we're gonna play some Magic The Gathering and go swimming and look for treasure!

I thought he was bringing the metal detector we talked about, but he told me he bought a cheaper one to test things out and to give to his girlfriend as a gift.

So... We're probably not going to be able to take it into the water like we could with the other one, but it should still be a ton of fun!

So many people go swimming down there, I wouldn't be surprised if some people lost some jewelry or something.
In fact, yesterday when I went shopping with my dad there were the most people I have ever seen parked along the road.

My dad just told me a story about how he found a gold ring when he was younger and he didn't even have a metal detector, it was just under a rock in the creek.

This is like a new chapter in life for me and I'm so grateful I'm still alive and healthy enough to do this!

Who knows if we'll find anything, maybe we won't... Though, I'm still so excited though for the possibility to make some money doing something fun out in nature! Maybe we'll even find something "epic"... I'm hoping I at least have a fun, funny or interesting story to tell by the end of the day. :) Much love friends. Bye until next time! <3
