Spring Flood In The Village Of Dymkovo
This is my application for the contest Reflection Hunters Contest - SMARP (Show Me A Reflection Picture) ~ Round 267 🎺 Announcement by @olgavita
@olgavita, do you remember that last week I went to the pond to look for swans? Today I decided to repeat my search again and went to this reservoir.
Well, it's impossible to say that it's a body of water now, because spring has made the pond and the river one body of water.
I couldn't walk all the way to the old marina building, which now has the name "Titanic". I walked to the water's edge and looked at the car that was standing in the water. Why is he standing there? Is it broken? I fired 3 shots in his direction and headed for the road that goes to the left and goes along the pond to the main highway. At this time, the car began to move parallel to my movement, and the driver asked me: with what state of mind did I photograph him?
This question made me laugh. I replied that I had a kind soul and I had no bad thoughts towards him. I took photos of the landscape, and the car is just a part of that landscape.
After these words, I walked down the road, and the car remained standing. About 5 minutes later, ot also followed me.
A really weird driver. He reached the main highway and stopped there. I walked past him, but literally 2 minutes later, the car drove on.
The Titanic's roof is visible in the distance. The car moved a little closer to the water's edge, waiting for me.
Is there no one on the road? In fact, this is not the case. But I managed to take a photo at such a moment. I was overtaken by 2 boys on bicycles and their mother. Behind me is a young mother with a baby carriage and a man with a dog. There were also occasional cars passing along the road. An interesting point. The fact is that after trying to reach the water, the drivers decide to retreat and maneuver along this road in order to drive along the still dry part of the road towards the Titanic. But they have not yet thought about the fact that the Titanic's road is already flooded with water and there is no way to go further. Last time I told you that several villages are cut off from the "mainland" by water in the spring.
I'll tell you a little secret. This time I went to take a sunset photo from the bridge over the Vyatka River. But I realized that the photo would not be beautiful. As my daughter said, the sunset is very faded, there are no clouds, there is no bright color. That's why I didn't go to the bridge.

Everyone considers themselves the smartest.
This driver drove around the car, which stopped at the water's edge, and decided that he could go on. Indeed, he can drive his car in this place. But after 5 minutes, the car was already driving in the opposite direction, because there is no further road there, and the road is more flooded with water there. And it was very funny to watch some cars drive very fast toward the water, even overtaking other cars, then turn around and drive in the opposite direction.
@olgavita, I think and hope that you will like my report. I've been working on it for over three hours today to post it. You know that our government is doing its best to "protect its citizens" from visiting foreign websites. And now they have come up with a new way: telecom operators have been required to limit the speed on communication highways leading to foreign servers. This means that the VPN speed is slowing down. I just couldn't get to our site because of it. I've tried 2 providers and 3 different VPNs. I've managed to find a combination that lets me write this post.
