Shadow Hunters Community SMASh Contest - Only Girls in Jazz

How are you? I hope you're doing well.
I have already written that the beginning of the week turned out to be very stressful for me, but the whole week was active. Yesterday, my wife and I went to the musical "Only Girls in Jazz". Do you know such a movie as "Some Like It Hot"?
In the USSR and in Russia, this film is called "Only Girls in Jazz."
The film was shot in 1959; the events take place during Prohibition in the United States. Now in Russia, and all over the world, it has become fashionable to make remixes of old films, and I am surprised that there is no remix of this film.
I saw the commercial for the musical late and had to buy tickets to the front row on the balcony. I usually buy seats in the stalls at our drama theater. During the intermission, I saw a shadow on the ceiling from the chandelier. And, of course, I decided to share my loot with you, friends.
To fit the entire chandelier and its shadow into the picture, I had to use panoramic photography, but in a vertical orientation. The iPhone XR handled this task effectively.

During the performance, my wife and I saw that there were 4 empty seats in the stalls in the center. Apparently, someone couldn't come to the performance, even though they bought such trump seats. We haven't been to the Drama Theater for a long time, for 2 years we usually went to the Theater on Spasskaya, but now we know that we will have to visit this theater more often.

Or maybe you're wondering what happened on stage? It was a lot of fun on stage, and the audience responded vividly with laughter and applause.
By the way, these are the girls from the jazz band relaxing on the beach. Does anyone remember the plot of the movie?

And here are the shadows of the Fake Josephine, who is actually Joe the trumpeter, but at the moment he pretended to be a millionaire and brought the lead singer of the jazz band on his supposedly yacht.

And here's another very funny episode. Jerry, a jazz smuggler, is dancing with a real millionaire while Joe is having fun on a yacht with Sugar. Why is millionaire Osgood Fielding III dancing with Jerry? Because he thinks his girlfriend is Daphne, he falls in love and offers to marry him. It's very funny, especially at the end of the movie, when Jerry admits that he is a man, but the millionaire says that "everyone has their flaws."

Oh, by the way, I haven't seen this comedy on TV for a long time. It falls under the law prohibiting the advertising of same-sex marriages and relationships. Is it funny? But this is very serious. In all films, the word "gay" is muffled with the sound "pi", the female nude body, or even part of the case, is obscured. Therefore, such a performance looks bold nowadays!

The musical lasted three hours, which is longer than the original film. My wife and I especially liked the actor who played Jerry.
