A Walk With Roni (13pics)
Well, friends, hello again.
I invite everyone to take a walk with me. During this walk we have to walk about 4 km around the pond, overcome the rubble of old trees in the forest, and meet deer, stork, and buzzard.
So, the situation. I came to visit my daughter and son-in-law an hour ago. Their guest was a girl named Polina with a German Shepherd named Roni. The girl is a year older than my daughter, and I have known her since childhood. We had a bite to eat, my son-in-law treated me to Georgian cognac, and the girls suggested we go for a walk. The weather was beautiful, the sun was shining, it was warm, and everything was conducive to a walk. We went out to the shore of the pond, and these dark clouds seemed to be some kind of mistake of nature. I couldn't believe that they were bringing rain.
What? I was wrong, but only by half! The clouds really didn't bring rain, they brought snow. He didn't walk for long, no more than 5 minutes, and he looked like a croup. No, it wasn't hail, it was really snow.
The girls with the dog and my grandson hid in the forest under the trees.
My daughter was the first to appear on the path. She was without my grandson. My grandson decided to go for a walk with Polina and her dog Roni today.
Roni was running second down the path. In his mouth was his favorite toy, a ball.
My grandson and Polina were the last to reach the finish line, or rather, to the little bridge where I was waiting for them.
The grandson, like a soldier, bravely marches forward and forward. It will take another couple of years, and he will be running ahead of us, not behind us.
Roni. He's a very smart guy. He loves to play with this green ball and rubber ring. The game is simple: I throw, and Roni runs after the ball, grabs it or the ring, and brings it to me. And everything repeats over and over again. He definitely doesn't get tired of this game, unlike people.
Polina walked with Timofey on bent legs and leaning towards him almost all the time. In order not to torment the girl like that, I periodically took my grandson in my arms and sat him on my shoulders. Once my father carried me on his shoulders in the same way, and then I carried my children in the same way.
Buzzard! He was sitting on a fence post. As we approached, he flew off into the sky.
We scared not only the bird, but also the deers. More precisely, our Roni did it. Why did the deer run away from us? They didn't know that Roni is very kind and he doesn't eat venison! Or maybe he doesn't eat it just because Polina has never fed him such meat?
The walk is over. We returned to the cottage. Roni decided to let the ball out of his mouth, and Timofey decided to lie on a chaise longue. And what did I do? I just sat on a bench and looked at these guys.
Friends, goodbye! Until the next walk.
Well. I wish all my friends, observers, and readers wonderful walks on Wednesdays. And also on Sundays and any other day!
