Views From the Top of the 70 Foot Tower - Panama

In the other posts I have done about the 70 foot tower, people have commented that they believe it will have amazing views. When my parents were here in March, my dad and husband went to the top and took pictures all around. It's true, you can see for miles! (This was during dry season, so that's why all the grass is pretty brown.)

In the above photo, you can see the view of the houses across the street from the tower that are part of our neighborhood. You can also see the fincas next to us and even into town a little way!

Above, you can see the top view of our house and pavilion. Our house used to be a restaurant that was converted into a house. Before that, they had built it as a community center for people who were using the pavilion for parties or weddings. It is about 20 years old.

Here is a shot to the back of the neighborhood and over to a finca behind our property. A friend is farming some of the land and another farmer also has the back half while we wait for the paperwork to separate the lots is finished.

Above you can see our volcano, Baru, as well as some of the town up from us. At night, you can see the lights of this town as well as our town from our property. It's a pretty view at night and during the day!

The photo above is from March when things were pretty dry, but it shows how tall the tower is in comparison to the house and other 40 foot tall tower! I just love to see the tower and we even have a light on it at night, so it shines then too!

Recently a friend was hiking up the mountain a little. She sent me the above photo of the tower standing out against all the surrounding trees! It was really cool that it could be seen from so far away by her!

What do you think? Would it be worth it to climb up and see the views?
