Wow, that does look and sound so nice! I can't say I've ever eaten tofu, but you make it look tasty in this dish! That's interesting about Durban having the largest population of Indians outside of India! I didn't know that!

It's not something I've eaten often, but it sure is great in a spicy dish. Yes, that's why Durban is known for its curries and bunny chows as well (don't worry, no Bunnies are used😉) It's a hollowed out bread filled with curry, very popular, and often shared between friends.
