Genus Stachytarpheta // There is so much natural beauty in the forests in my area

The beauty of nature inspires many, whether for photography, art, or even self-reflection.

My friends!!
On this occasion, I want to share some images of a wild plant I discovered. After searching online, I discovered the name stachytarpheta, or in our language, Marung.

While visiting a plantation, I was drawn to one of the plants, whose flowers were rich in nectar and attracted many species of butterflies. I approached it and decided to take some pictures to share with this beloved community.

This is the full image of the plant, which measures approximately half a meter tall.

Regarding the leaves, I noticed at a glance that the leaves are almost similar to betel leaves which have the same texture, however, the size is smaller than betel leaves and it has a very bright color on the leaves which look bright green like leaves in general.

What I love most about this plant is its flowers, which I was drawn to the moment I saw them. They're very small, but have stems about 5 to 7 cm long.

The flowers of this plant come in various colors, but most of the ones I've encountered are white, though I've also seen purple ones on occasion.
