Aceh is a province on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia.
We the people of Aceh have many traditions and customs that include various ceremonies, dances, arts, and unique customs.

Well...
On this occasion I want to share some pictures and want to introduce one of the famous traditional ceremonies from my region, and the ceremony is called "Intat Lintoe Baroe".
Then I will also share some pictures that I took when I was at one of the interesting and famous tourist attractions in Bireuen Regency, namely "Batee Iliek".

A few days ago, one of my relatives held a wedding ceremony.
And it has become a custom in my area to hold "Intat Lintoe Baroe"

What is the meaning of "intat lintoe baroe"?

"Intat Lintoe Baroe" in the customs in my area means the procession of escorting the groom (Linto Baro) to the bride's house (Dara Baro) after the marriage ceremony. This procession is part of a series of weddings that are carried out after the ijab kabul. In this procession, the groom is accompanied by traditional figures and walks to the bride's house accompanied by shalawat.
And if my friend looks again at the picture of the groom, then you will find several people accompanying him, all of whom are traditional figures and several of the groom's family.

Intat Linto Baro has an important meaning in our customs in Aceh, one of which is that it shows that the groom is now officially part of the bride's family.

There, the "lintoe baroe" (new groom) also took a picture with his younger brother.

And we got the invitation through him, because he is our friend.

Then after the tradition was finished, we hurried home and on the way home I took some pictures because I think the weather at that time was very bright so it made the panorama very beautiful to look at.

And on the way home we stopped at one of the most favorite and famous tourist attractions in the area
The tourist attraction is called "Batee Iliek"

Because we were a little tired on the way home when we arrived there we immediately ordered some drinks and snacks because it could create or add a little energy to us to reduce fatigue on the way home.

Then I took a little time to take pictures there.

Personally, I think this place is very comfortable with its very calming atmosphere and regarding the water, the water is also very clean and very cool.

And regarding the facilities, the place also provides several facilities as places in general there provide free parking and several prayer rooms for those who want to worship.

And most importantly, the food there is very cheap so it is friendly to the contents of our wallets and I think if my friends want to choose one of the tourist attractions in my area, I will recommend that place.

Lastly I also had time to take a picture of my friend while enjoying the atmosphere there.
