The month of June under beautiful nature made me remember last June where problems overwhelmed me a lot and although I have learned a lot during the past months from my mistakes, I do not deny that sometimes those thoughts of uselessness come back but it is normal. I also always keep in mind that one can control the ability to think and to what extent your thoughts can harm you.

I feel like it has been therapeutic for me to love capturing a beautiful landscape, a beautiful flower, and my precious kitten, whom I love very much, in a photograph, as a way to relieve stress and put aside negative thoughts and everything that overwhelms me. Taking a break from time to time, going out, having a good time, talking with family and a good friend, resets your spirits, and positive thoughts come to the surface.
